Vicon has the ability to provide a full services Project Management solution including Planning, Execution and End Delivery.

Project Management is supported by a team of skilled mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and other staff, who can assess, plan, execute and ultimately deliver anything from small construction projects to larger projects up to 250 personnel.

Vicon also has the unique ability to provide skilled personnel to assist with the execution of projects. Skilled staff are also available through the Vicon Group's overseas partners Project Support Services International. PSS International can provide the Vicon Group with skill-sets including:

• Mechanical Fitters
• Boilermakers
• Welders
• Crane Drivers / Riggers
• Scaffolders
• E&I Technicians
• Engineers (Mechanical and Electrical) and
• Technical Assistants

All staff are trained to Australian Standards and are fully conversant with all Australian OH&S requirements.

Vicon can also provide 100% of the plant machinery and equipment required to undertake any project.
